3. Free Consultation must be face to face.
4. Free Consultation includes one (1) face to face appointment with Dr. Sattele or one of his medical staff to discuss your weight loss goals and medical history. The scope of this consultation is to determine if you are a candidate for Dr. Sattele’s Rapid Weight Loss Program. The Free Consultation offer does not include a medical examination and testing which are needed before you can begin one of Dr. Sattele’s programs. These are included in your first month’s program fee.
5. Free Consultation offer expires 14 days from the date you sign up for the deal.
6. 24 hour cancellation notice is required if you need to change your appointment time.
